Grimes was born in Dayton Ohio as the son of Pentecostal priest. Grimes graduated with a diploma as a high school student at Dayton Christian High School, in 2002. Luke Timothy Grimes founded in Dayton Ohio U.S.A., on the 21st day of January, 1984. Randy Grimes and Angie Barker are both Pentecostal clergy, are the grandparents of Luke Timothy Grimes. Luke Grimes' siblings are Racheal, Abby and Seth. Luke Grimes was born into a conservative and religious family. He was a student at Dayton Christian High School. After graduation from high school in 2002 Luke relocated into New York City to pursue his goal of being an actor. He was enrolled in the American Academy of Dramatic Arts in which he studied acting for two years. For his musical development, he studied singing and playing the guitar.
